As with so many of our client projects; this passive fire protection installation started early on with our technical team working collaboratively with the client to guide, advise and plan to ensure operational and delivery excellence. This project was delivered during COVID. Our ability to rapidly adapt, remain compliant and deliver under such pressing conditions was admired by many on this important project. With the YMCA doing so much good for the disadvantaged and our communities it was critical that delays and cost overruns be minimised. Our usual approach of engaging early with as many clients as possible was another key contributor to project success.
